Continuing from last week on intellect and mind. Using your intellect to understand and then analyze your negative emotions, why, and how they impact you in your life. Once you have done that, it is time to pivot that thinking and change it to a positive one by using some of the tools such as mantras, affirmations, meditation, and breathing (pranayama) to help change that negative thinking to a positive one.  It is not easy to change but is possible by using intention or Sankalp.  So, having that intention always is the key to achieving any change in your life. 

Again, purity of mind is the key to living anxiety free life and intention is the key to achieving this purity of mind. This is also a constant challenge in life, it is a journey and not a destination.

  1. Become aware when you are feeling greedy, jealousy, anxiety, or any other negative emotions. Pay attention to your desires.
  2. Use your intellect to analyze and figure out why, without any excuse
  3. Use tools such as affirmations, mantras, or others to change from negative to positive thoughts. Meditation and breathing can also be very helpful in this transition.
